New Client Policy
The Office Exam fee of $65 will be due at time of scheduling for new clients. This amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
South Side Animal Clinic requires 24 hour notice in the event of a cancellation. If a client cancels an appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, a charge of $25 will be added to their balance and must be paid within 2 weeks of the cancellation. The clinic reserves the right to refuse future appointments to any client with an outstanding balance due to late cancellations.
